Fishing Excursion - Summer 2010
 
Beginning Memorial Day, May 29, 2010 the Retail Alliance Council of Smith Mountain Lake will engage shoppers in a Fishing Excursion.  To participate you must use this RAC of SML Fishing Excursion License. Participants will need to “catch” a minimum of 15 different fish/stamps from participating RAC member locations and then “cast” their license into receptacles found at RAC member locations before Labor Day, September 6, 2010.

Once the participant has collected 15 stamps, submit the Fishing Excursion License to a participating merchant to be entered to win one of three prizes ranging from $100 to $500. Prizes will be awarded in the form of gift certificates that will be honored at RAC member locations ONLY. Change will be dispensed in the form of a gift certificate unless the balance is under $10.  No purchase is necessary.

OVER THE LIMIT: Visit new member locations listed Below for for a chance to win the “Over the Limit” prize of $100. Participants with all 15 stamps PLUS a minimum of 7 different fish/stamps from NEW members will be eligible to win the bonus to be drawn September 10, 2010.

Fishing Hot Spot Saturdays
Listen to Lake Radio WSLK 880AM weekdays for your chance to win additional prizes at select Hot Spots.
 
Each Saturday, Retail Alliance will feature a different location announced throughout the week on Lake Radio. Simply visit the Hot Spot and ask for a stamp, if you are the selected “angler” you win.

Fishing Hot Spot Saturday prizes include gift certificates and merchandise from the local Hot Spot.

The entries will be drawn live on Lake Radio WSLK on September 10. 2010.   Winners will be notified within five (5) business days.  The odds of winning are a function of the number of completed fishing licenses received.
