Imagine a time when you got really lousy customer service...was it an airline, maybe when handling a return or exchange or maybe trying to manage your cell phone account.
Think about what happened...how you felt.
Remember how many people you told about your experience?
Now imagine an example of exceptional customer service...maybe a store extended credit when you forgot you wallet or purse; maybe someone took the time to explain something; maybe a clerk really helped resolve a problem without a hassle.
How much more effort would it have taken for those offering horrible customer service to turn the situation around? Usually it's simply a matter of attitude.
Will you return to the place where you got great service?
Point made.
