Education
Retail Alliance® provides educational seminars for our members on a monthly basis. The seminars are scheduled on both the Southside and the Peninsula and online at www.retail-alliance.com.
The educational topics range from Customer Service and Media Buying, to Hurricane Preparedness and Visual Merchandising. We schedule the seminar early in the morning so you can attend and still get back to your store in time for opening.
We recently inaugurated teleclasses to our educational portfolio.
Our website describes all of the seminars and conferences in detail and you can register on-line. If you missed a seminar and would like the handouts or a visual presentation, you can download it from our website for a small fee.

Retail Alliance® has a tuition reimbursement program for members that are taking classes (Marketing, Business, Accounting, Economics, and much more) at Tidewater Community College in qualified categories. The program reimburses 50% of the tuition cost for TCC classes. Students must make a grade of “C” or better to qualify for reimbursement.
