Retail Alliance recognizes that not all transactions today are conducted face-to-face.  To help members accelerate their efforts to become more technologically advanced and e-commerce accessible, Retail Alliance has several programs designed to meet specific needs.

Get Connected
Additionally, all members are listed on the searchable database maintained by Concursive.com. This interactive website is a passive listing of data until the member "activates" the free listing to launch a full spectrum of no-charge sophisticated customer relationship management tools (CRM).  Additional services are available for a fee.

Make a Splash! (Affordable Website Splashpages)
Members may also create and launch their own unique website address "splash page" for just $500.  Members identify their own web address, and may chose from one of 10 professionally designed templates, inserting their own photographs, information and personality.  The site may be updated by owners regularly and maintained for $16/month.  When members are ready, such sites can be expanded to include e-commerce capabilities for additional fees.

Expand Your Reach
Several Retail Alliance members have existing websites and need assistance with back office operations, search engine optimization (SEO), e-business database design or securing their website for e-commerce.  For these businesses Retail Alliance offers a limited number of website grants.  The application form is simple and funds are available on a first come/ first serve basis.
