Sharing Successful Strategies

Retail Alliance provides high-quality relevant educational seminars for our members on a regular basis. The seminars are scheduled in Hampton Roads on both the Southside and the Peninsula, via local Retail Roundtables and online at www.retail-alliance.com.

The educational topics range from customer service and media buying, to hurricane preparedness and visual merchandising. We generally schedule seminars early in the morning so you can attend and still get back to your store in time for opening. 

We recently inaugurated teleclasses and webinars to expand our educational portfolio. These are available free to members. 

Our website lists all of our monthly Retail 2 Retail networking events, Retail Roundtables, seminars and conferences in detail. The educational events are also listed in the weekly Retail Alliance e-newsletter and monthly Retail Angles newsletter. If you missed a seminar and would like the handouts or a visual presentation, you can usually download it from our website for free, or watch a video recap on the Retail Alliance You Tube page.
