A key element of the benefit membership with Retail Alliance® provides vendors and retail-owners in the Hampton Roads community is education. Retail Alliance® holds on average 22 educational seminars or programs each year, not to mention we sponsor and publicize many other area events on our site, as a time-saving service to our members and the business community as a whole.

Business

Retail Alliance®, the Retail Merchants Association of Tidewater Virginia Inc. is an independent sales agent for Equifax, a national credit reporting organization. Retail Alliance® offers a wide variety of business service products and tools. For customers who use these services, the company provides quarterly workshops to update businesses on government rulings and changes in the credit industry. Moreover, the Retail Services division offers retail training workshops to association members. This service and other benefits such as local and statewide retail lobbying are available to partners who join the association for an annual membership fee.

There are more than 2,000 Hampton Roads businesses who are members or customers of Retail Alliance®.

Retail Alliance® publishes Retail Angles newsletter twelve times each year. This benefit of membership enables you to keep abreast of our legislative actions, training programs, new benefits and more.
